Students will learn how to cook with traditional Ayurvedic spices & incorporate fusion dishes into all of your home meals. Food will be Vegetarian, organic, & gluten free.
Take a journey into discovering new cooking methods which adhere to the rules of Yoga and also explore how spices can transform the mind, body & soul. Sachin will explore more of Ayurevda and how it teaches us to live our lives in alignment with our individuality, which is with our unique prakriti, or constitution. Students will learn how to cook with spices and use simple assessment tools that guide and support the practice of living in balance.
